Poonam Arora is a Post Graduate in Home Science (M. HSc.) with more than 9 years of experience in teaching Yoga. She is certified by SVYASA accredited by Council for Yoga Accreditation International (CYA INTERNATIONAL), Swami Vivekanand Yoga Annusandhana Samsthana Bengaluru and Vedic institute of Yoga & Sewa (VINYAS), Gwalior. She has been appreciated many times as a best Yoga Instructor and to attain higher levels of mental calm and serenity using various techniques of meditation.
